There are no daily fines for overdue materials, but if an item has not been returned by 30 days past the due date the borrower will be billed for the replacement cost of the item. Overdue notices are automatically sent to the borrower by the library system after the item becomes overdue and before the borrower is billed.

Billed items may not be renewed.

If the materials are returned in good condition within one year of the billing date, the replacement cost of the item is credited. Unpaid bills will be assigned to a collection agency who will add up to 1/3 of the replacement cost of the item to the amount owed. Collection agency fees are not reversible.
