When you are in a PSCC campus building, search for the available networks on your device. PSCC has two wifi networks:
PSCC: Current students, faculty, or staff should connect to the PSCC network. Use the same login as Brightspace, except do not include @pstcc.edu after your username. This network allows access to official Pellissippi State student and employee online services, including the library databases.
PSCC_Guest: Wireless access is also available to guests on campus via the PSCC_Guest network. This requires a valid email address and allows the user Internet access but does not allow access to official Pellissippi State student and employee online services. The library databases can not be accessed from the PSCC_Guest network.
For laptops, you may have to "forget" the PSCC network to reconnect to it after changing your password.
For mobile devices, you may have to select "Do not validate" in the pull-down menu under the CA certificate section to connect.
