Instructors can put a variety of items on reserve at any or all of the campus libraries for their students to utilize. Popular items include:

  • Personal/desk copies of textbooks,
  • Library books,
  • Previous exams or student work.
  • Specialized items, such as bone boxes for anatomy classes, rock boxes for geology students
  • For electronic items like ebooks, articles, and films, we can build a digital reading list for your students so all their electronic materials are linked in one place.

To put something on reserve, simply fill out the electronic request form on our website and bring the material to one of the campus libraries. When submitting a request, you’ll be able to select from the following loan periods: 2 hours (library use only), 24 hours, 3 days, or 7 days. The flexibility helps materials be more accessible to your students, and you can choose whichever option works best for your class. If none of these options are right for you, please let us know. We can generally accommodate additional loan periods as needed.

If you have any questions, please contact libcirc@pstcc.edu. Thank you for using reserves
