Q. How do I access the Libraries' databases?

You can access the Libraries' databases throughout our website.

From the Libraries' Menu bar

1. Hover over the Find dropdown menu at the top of the screen, below the Pellissippi State Community College logo.
2. Click on Databases A-Z.

From the Home Page

Starting from the homepage of the Pellissippi State Libraries website, you have two different options for accessing the Libraries' databases. You can either follow the directions about or navigate to the Quick Links section of the homepage. Databases A-Z will be the first option under this menu.

When you click on Databases A-Z, a new tab will open with a list of the Libraries 150+ databases. If you know what database you are looking for, you can use the Search for Databases box or use the alphabetical search to navigate to the general area. 

If you are unsure of what database you should use, you can filter by. subject to find databases that will best fit your research project. 

As always, if you are unsure, click on the Ask a Librarian button to the right of this screen to chat with a librarian in real time.
