For the quickest response, students can chat with a librarian!
Just go to our Ask a Librarian page, and click on the 'Chat with a Librarian' button to initiate a live chat with a human being in real time!
We're available during normal hours of operation* (half-an-hour after the library opens on weekdays):
- 8am – 8pm on Monday – Thursday
- 8am – 4:30pm on Fridays
- 10am – 2pm on Saturdays
When the live chat is not available, students will be prompted to send us an email, and we respond to those emails first thing on the next working day.
* Business hours are subject to change, and may be affected by emergencies, inclement weather, power outages and other technical issues, etc. Please be mindful of campus alerts. Alerts and issues directly pertaining to library services may be found here.
