If your device is not connecting to PSCC WiFi on campus, you may need to change your device settings.

On Windows 10:

  1. Click on the Globe icon on the taskbar (default is bottom-right) to bring up available networks.
  2. Click on PSCC (do not choose the PSCC Guest network) and then Connect. You can check the option for your device to connect automatically every time you return to campus.
  3. Enter your PSCC username (your Pellissippi email WITHOUT @pstcc.edu) and your regular password where it prompts you.Then click OK.
  4. Click Connect when it asks if you want to continue connecting.
  5. You should now be connected.
