How to log into Brytewave/Redshelf
If you have course materials that are through Brytewave/RedShelf, you will receive an email with your account information and instructions on how to access those materials. If you can't find that email, you can access by following these steps:
- Go to Brytewave.redshelf.com (linked below)
- Use your pstcc.edu email address as your username
- Click on the forgot password option to reset your password
- This will send an email to your Pellissippi email where you can reset the password
- Once your password is reset, you can log into your Brytewave/Redshelf account.
- When you log in, you should see your materials on the left side of the screen.
Accessing materials
If it is for an eBook, click on the title to start reading from the Brytewave/Redshelf website.
If it is for courseware such as MyMathLab or MindTap, you will click on it and see a long code. You will need to copy the code and go to the link provided by your instructor for the class. Paste the code in the designed location that is asking for the code.
Note: for items created by Pearson or Cengage, you may be prompted to create an account before you can paste the access code.
