Taking good notes depends a lot on if you have a clear research question. Then, you know what information you are looking for to help you answer it. If the question is too vague (ex. How do speech impediments affect children?), it's very hard to know what information is good. Whereas a specific question (ex. How does cleft lip affect children's speech development?), it's easier to know. Librarians can help you develop specific research questions... please either chat with a librarian or book a consultation with a librarian.
