First, make sure you are logging in with your PSCC email address and password. See the example below.
If you're still unable to log in, reset your Outlook password by following these steps:
- Log into Office.com
- In the top right corner, click on your profile picture
- Click View Account
- In the Password box, click Change Password
Password criteria:
Beginning October 1, 2024:
Passwords will not expire and:
- Have at least 16 characters
- Include any 3 of the following: uppercase letter, lowercase letter, number, special character
- Be different than your last 3 passwords
- Not contain any part of your username
