  1. Open your Pages document that you want to change
  2. Click on File
  3. Click on Export To and PDF or Word
  4. An Export your Document pop-up will appear. Click on Next.
  5. A Save As pop-up will appear. Name the file and select where it should save it.
  6. Click Export button.
