Brightspace (D2L) will not accept a link with two http//: codes (link + EZ Proxy), so just use a link shortener to add it to your course!
- Find the permalink to the article, book, or video.
- Add the EZ Proxy Prefix in front of the permanent link https://pstcc.idm.oclc.org/login?url=
- Shorten the link using a URL generator such as TinyURL or Bitly
- Insert the tiny link into Brightspace (D2L).
