There could be a few different reasons why you are having access issues.
1. Make sure your account has been verified:
- Go to your PSCC Outlook email and open the verification email from the New York Times.
- Click on the verification link to complete the subscription process.
- If you did not receive a verification link, please send an email from your Pellissippi email address to edu@nytimes.com with subject line: All Access Pass - no verification email.
2. Make sure your account has not expired:
- Subscriptions only remain active for 1 year from the date you completed your registration.
- See the FAQ linked below for instructions to renew your account.
- If you continue to have issues logging in, send an email from your Pellissippi email address to edu@nytimes.com with the subject line All Access Pass - login issues and briefly explain your issue.
- After you've activated your account, always start directly from NYTimes.com to log in.
- As always, you can Ask a Librarian. We're here to help!
